Welcome to St. Stephen's

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Services

Family Worship at 4:30 p.m. and Traditional Worship at 7 p.m.
Christmas Day Service at 11 a.m.

Merry Christmas!

If you are looking for a church on Christmas Eve to celebrate the birth of Jesus then allow us to introduce ourselves. We’re St. Stephen’s UMC and we have two services for you to choose from with different vibes.

At 4:30 p.m. we’ll have a “Family Worship Christmas Eve”. This service will take place in our Fellowship Hall and is designed more for families with young children. We’ll have crafts, sweet treats, a band playing Christmas favorites, and we’ll get you home nice and early so you can (try to) get the kids to bed early and enjoy your family Christmas Eve traditions.

Or, at 7 p.m. we have a more traditional Christmas Eve service in our Sanctuary. This service will feature brass musicians, organ music, traditional Christmas Carols, and at the end, we will sing “Silent Night” by candlelight before heading home for the coming Christmas Day. Children are of course welcome to stay up later and come to this service too – we’ll have battery powered candles for them during Silent Night.

We also have a casual Christmas Day service. This service will last around 20-30 minutes and will include some traditional hymns, a short sermon, and communion. Join us in the sanctuary at 11 a.m. on Christmas Day.

Whether you come to any, or all of our services, or you choose somewhere else to celebrate, we wish you all a Merry Christmas. Jesus Christ is born!

Join us for in-person and online worship

Every Sunday, we have Traditional Worship at 10:30 a.m. with Sunday School for all ages at 9:15 a.m. On third Sundays, we have Community Breakfast available to everyone at 8:30 a.m, a Family Worship Service at 9:15 a.m., and traditional worship at 10:30 a.m.

For those preferring an online worship option, you can click on the Youtube logo below to be taken to the St. Stephen's YouTube page. Here you can access all of the previous worship services and tune in to our Sunday morning live services every week at 10:30 a.m.

We're glad you are here

We are a church that seeks in all that we are and in all that we do to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

We don’t do what we do for recognition, but folks in the community are noticing what we’re up to! Find out more through the "St. Stephen's in the Media" button below.
