Candice was born in Belgium and her family immigrated to Dallas when she was ten years old. She earned her Finance degree at The University of Texas at Austin where she also met her husband, Phil. They have three wonderful children, all of whom attended Johnson Memorial School.

Candice became the Director of Johnson Memorial School in the summer of 2016.
